Water, The mythical Fountain of youth.
Of all the substances that are necessary to life as we known it on earth is by far the most important water. The most common and familiar and the most remarkable one; yet most people are hardly aware of it. The earth is a watery type planet. Its original supply of water still in use little has been added or lost over millions of years. Before birth, much of man’s life is spent in water, in the sheltering membranous sac of his mother womb. Life’s watery beginning continues to be reflected in all living processes, plant and animal alike. Water is both; it is man’s servant and master. While water in itself the great stabilizer of bodily processes, our own balance must be regulated, and not only in quantity but also in concentration of dissolved materials.
A small variation of less than 2 % from the normal manifest itself felt immediately in thirst or pain. The hypothalamus which governs these processes, responding automatically, and without any delay effecting; heart action, sleeping and waking, appetite, sex, digestion and thirst. Both too much or too little can be disastrous. Besides controlling the total amount of water, the body must carefully meter the material dissolved in it as well.
Illnesses including nervous problems, phobias, depression, lethargy, circulatory conditions, such as low or high blood pressure, arthritis and other diseases of the joints and certain digestive ailments. That is one of the reasons why it is good to use food grown in the sea like fish, shellfish and seaweed. To the old people “Water” played an important role in the “Search for Immortality or Quest of eternal Youth.”

When we think of the sea, we think of health, invigoration, the feeling of being alive and yet peacefully calm.” Traditional water has always been at the heart of people. During this period more than 150 million gallons of water were used daily. Cleopatra had a house/ Palace at the seafront and an unusually great knowledge about seaweed/applications. The basics of the bath and preparation have not really changed much. Seaweed, seaweed extracts and other substances derived from the sea, e.g. Dead Sea mud, and Maërl, are used because the people believed that they contained vital elements which will act in harmony with the human body, helping to achieve health, beauty, relaxation and wellness.
Watery fruit like berries an important part of there natural diet. These fruits located at both sides of the river flowing through Eden. Old civilizations did believe that there was a direct connection between the outside, use of water and aging. The elderly women taking a seaweed bath to rejuvenate the skin, shielding it, to prevent the outside too pass through, too slow the ageing process. For most people and nations now an open sewage, easy way to get rid of large amounts of waste including highly toxic, man made chemicals.
